Dear Stephen,

I just wanted to say a big thank you again for all your help in regards to obtaining my life long dream of owning a beautiful large acreage property in Northern Ontario. Your ability to work out a financial repayment plan that suited my budget (when nobody else would) was so much appreciated. Giving me one year without any interest charges was also a nice personal touch and my family thanks you. Your willingness to answer all my questions and to meet with me for the whole day showing me the area was great. The time you spent with me on the property was a very big help in getting familiar with the parcel and the boundaries. Since the purchase of my property I have brought my wife & children up twice and it has been an exciting and fun filled experience for all of us. We plan on spending all of our holiday time up here next year. Thanks again and we will be sure to let our friends know that we purchased it from Wuerch Properties.
