Dear Stephen,

Once again, thank you for selling us our beautiful 280 acre property and working out a repayment plan that suited our budget. The property was everything we thought it would be and your description, photographs and map information were all accurate and true. The hills, trees and views we saw were awesome and the hikes we went on were so exciting for the both of us. We will definitely be spending more time up here now and hopefully down the road move up for a few months of the year. We appreciated you taking us personally to the property and spending the day with us as we didn’t want to get lost being it was our first time in the area. Thanks again for all your help and assistance when we needed it and please stop in and see us when we are up at the property next.
