Hello Stephen,

We love what we could see of our waterfront cottage lot. Of course we brought our canoe thinking the water might be open - silly us! It was almost open though on the other side of the lake. We managed to explore part of the lot and it was great to sit up on the rocks and take in the view - so peaceful and beautiful. We are on holidays starting in mid May and will be coming up and doing more exploring during that time. We are looking forward to canoeing and seeing the land from the water. Please find enclosed our cheques for the monthly payments that you graciously arranged until the end of the year. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to acquire this property. It really means a lot to Lawrence & me.
