Dear Stephen,

I just wanted to send you a short note on behalf of Dianne and myself to sincerely thank you for your help in us achieving the first step of having our dream log cabin home on Larder Lake, a region of Ontario that has become a special place for our family. Our large acre parcel certainly is beautiful. Having been in touch with you through email for almost a year I admired the integrity with which you managed your business (through that time), while at the same time helping us get to the point where we are now. It was the integrity you displayed that built the foundation of trust that really became necessary to finalize such a transaction (with the great distance between us) without adding significant incremental cost. In today’s world these characteristics are becoming more challenging to find in people but I would have no hesitation reflecting upon our positive experience if you wanted to refer any of your perspective clients to us,. I will be taking you up on your offer to tap into the local services that you use and the knowledge you have as we move through our next steps, so I will continue to be in touch.
